    A conversation on site about how the work happens today and where the time goes.

  2. Analysis on paper

    A written proposal with scope, open questions and a clear estimate, before any code.

  3. Build

    Working software in small pieces, tested against your own real documents.

  4. Run and hand over

    Hosting and maintenance if you want it, full documentation either way.

Celeste Solutions is Benoit Geerinck, a cloud operations engineer who works with production AWS environments every day.

You talk to the person who builds your system. No account managers, no hand-offs between teams, and no surprises on the invoice: work is billed at a day rate agreed in advance.
